This patient had already lost all of her upper teeth, and needed to have all her remaining lower teeth extracted due to extensive decay and periodontal disease. Two implants were place in the lower arch at the time of the extractions. A new lower completed denture was made that engaged the two implants and provided excellent retention. This patient is extreamly pleased with the final outcome.
